Dominion involves permanent relationships between the Seigniorage Circus and these projects, and does involve at least one transaction.

A Dominion relationship with the Seigniorage Circus is a pre-requisite for a project to be integrated with CircusDAO.

Dominion is intended to be a paragon of partnerships.

Projects being analyzed by the Seigniorage Circus for a Dominion relationship are known as Candidate Projects.
